I’m not just a consultant. I’m proof that it’s possible to rebuild, restart, and grow again—on your terms.
Before I was the founder of Keira Crooms Consulting, I was a stay-at-home mom. Then a teacher. And eventually, a woman with a vision: to build a business that allowed me to contribute financially without sacrificing the rhythm and priorities of my family.
What started as a simple desire—to earn more without disrupting our home life—became the best decision I’ve ever made. Today, I run a consulting company that allows me to support visionary entrepreneurs while being fully present for my people.
I live in sunny Orlando, Florida with my husband Ryan, our two incredible kids, Kyla and Dexter, and our wild (but loved) dachshunds, Riot and Havoc. We’re in a season of big transitions: Kyla is preparing to launch into college, Dexter is a year away from high school, and our dinner table conversations have leveled up right alongside them.
We’re travelers, memory-makers, and lovers of long conversations in new places. I built this business to support that kind of life, and now, I help other founders do the same.
Because success, to me, has never been just about revenue.
